Return / Returns / Exchange Policy

    • We accept return/exchange within 30days
    • Merchandise must be in the same condition when it was received
    • SALE items cannot be returned/exchanged
    • Earrings cannot be returned/exchanged for hygienic purposes
    • Personalized, engraved jewelries cannot be returned/exchanged
    • We do not accept cash refund.
    • All return items must include completed copy of Return/Exchange Form
    • For exchanged items customers will pay the shipping fee:Metro Manila – 100.00
      Provincial – 200.00
